We work with and apply the Food Standards Agency' Safer Food Better Business for Retailers to ensure we achieve the highest standards.
We are a Low Risk Food Business. Even so, as an organisation we are vigilant about purchase, storage, selection and delivery. We look at each of these areas and put arrangements in place to reduce the likelihood of failing to provide safe and hygienic produce. We base our food safety and food hygiene procedures on HACCP.
